    The Secretariat is awaiting your electronic submission.
  • Awaiting arrival of signed submission form and media at the Secretariat
    The MEDEA Entry has been electronically submitted to the MEDEA Secretariat and finalised. The Secretariat is now waiting for the printed and signed copy of the submission form as well as the media (in case your entry is DVD or CD-based media - 4 copies should be sent).
  • All documents and media have been received and approved by the Secretariat
    All necessary documents and media have been received, your entry has successfully entered the MEDEA Awards competition.
  • There are issues with the sent materials. The Secretariat will contact you.
    Issues have arisen with either the posted submission form or the media. The Secretariat will contact you regarding this.
