    The MEDEA Entry has been saved as a draft version and has not yet been electronically submitted to the MEDEA Secretariat.
  • Electronically submitted (finalised)
    The MEDEA Entry has been electronically submitted to the MEDEA Secretariat and finalised. No further changes are possible. Do not forget to print, sign and post a copy of the entry form to the MEDEA Secretariat. PLEASE NOTE: If your entry consists of a physical media (a book, DVD, memory device, game...) which can not be submitted online in a digital format, please send us 4 copies of these physical objects. Do this only when your entry can not be submitted entirely online.
